Project
Our clients had completed their design and town planning prior to engaging the services of Vue Properties. They chose Vue after a family member recently completed their investment project with us. We assisted our client to transition from homeowner to first time property developer.
The project consisted of demolition of an existing residence and construction of 2 town homes in its place. We assisted in the interior design selections including the lighting and HVAC.
Project management commenced from the co-ordination of demolition, through construction process, to liaising with the client’s agent and tenant.
The project delivered 2 quality residences on budget, with the clients deciding to retain both properties growing their portfolio.
