With all the services shutting down due to COVID-19, is the building industry also shutting down for an unknown period of time?
This is an evolving situation and we don’t know at this stage. We will advise of any relevant updates in relation to the wider industry as soon as information becomes available.
No. To reduce unnecessary operational overheads we don’t run a head office building, meaning we are able to put more inclusions into our homes resulting in better value for our clients. Our team is already experienced at operating remotely and using online technology to communicate. The only change is that we’ve made online meetings mandatory so there is no face-to-face consultations at this time.
Yes. Currently construction is still proceeding with trades exercising social distancing and increased vigilance with OH&S procedures to ensure your build continues.
We can share photos of the progression of your construction or we can send you a walk through video from our construction or project managers during this period.
We have mandatory social distancing in place on the construction site therefore some trades may be booked in isolation, which may result in a longer construction time. We will keep you updated and communicate any delays relevant to your build.
